PayPal is a secure online payment processing service. With PayPal, I can e-mail my clients detailed invoices and they can then simply follow the link provided in the invoice, which will direct the client to PayPal.com. There the invoice can be processed immediately in their very own privacy. This is available for clients that are not PayPal members as well. The most impressive part is that the clients credit card information isn't listed at all. I have used PayPal for the past four years to invoice clients and everyone has been happy!
Using this service also allows the client the ability to pay deposits faster so that their events are booked per the first come first serve rule that I practice.
